Warehouse/Inventory Associate

Staff Management | SMX is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse/Inventory Associate to support daily distribution operations. This role plays a key part in maintaining accurate inventory, ensuring efficient warehouse flow, and supporting operational excellence.

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 am-4:00 pm

Pay Rate: $20-$25 per hour

Duties:

• Perform daily inventory tracking, cycle counts, and accurate data entry
• Organize and maintain warehouse stock and storage areas
• Assist with shipping, receiving, and general warehouse operations
• Support order accuracy, documentation, and workflow efficiency
• Adhere to safety guidelines and standard operating procedures

Position Requirements:

• Experience with inventory management or data entry
• Reliable transportation
• Excellent attendance and dependability

Requirements: Background Check, Drug Test, Must be at least 18 years old. Able to Lift 30 pounds., required education: HS Diploma or GED.

The hourly rate for this position is anticipated between $20.00 - $25.00 per hour. This range is a good-faith estimate, based on the shift you work and other considerations permitted by law.
