Warehouse Worker The Warehouse Associate supports safe, efficient warehouse operations through accurate receiving, storage, picking, cycle counting, and shipment of materials. The associate must operate forklift equipment safely and comply with OSHA regulations to maintain a hazard-free work environment. Responsibilities: Perform cycle counts Maintain inventory accuracy by investigating discrepancies, completing reports Receive, inspect, and verify inbound materials for proper quantity and condition. Sort, stage, store, pick, pack, and ship orders following company standards. Prepare accurate box labels, documentation, and load/unload deliveries using approved equipment. Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely. OSHA certification and training are required for forklift operation. Essential Skills: Forklift Experience Pallet Jack Experience Ability to lift, push, or pull 66 lbs regularly Inventory Control Experience (Cycle Count Preferred) Experience using Microsoft Excel and RF Scanners for inventory tracking Additional Skills & Qualifications: SAP Experience Cycle Counting Experience preferred Why Work Here? Work Environment: This is a standard warehouse environment with a first shift from 7am to 3:30pm. Overtime is mandatory at times, especially during summer, and may include 1-2 Saturdays per month. Job Type & Location: This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Indianapolis, IN. Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
