Pay Range $17.85 - $21.60 Purpose: Join Floor & Decor as a Warehouse Operative where you will play a vital role in our team! You will be responsible for compiling orders, replenishing stock, and moving merchandise both on the sales floor and to customers' vehicles. Your day involves checking inventory, assisting customers, and operating forklifts. Minimum Eligibility Requirements: Must be 18 years or older. Basic math skills are required. Previous warehouse experience. Customer service experience is essential. Experience operating heavy machinery, forklifts, or farm equipment is a plus. Ability to multitask and work under pressure. Completion of forklift certifications through Floor & Decor. Drug test may be required for heavy machinery certification where permissible by law. Working Conditions (Travel & Environment): This role involves exposure to a warehouse setting and moving vehicles. The noise level can vary from quiet to moderate. Physical/Sensory Requirements: Ability to exert between 30 - 60 pounds of force occasionally, and/or 20-30 pounds frequently, and/or lift up to 20 pounds consistently. Frequent use of hands and fingers for handling and feeling objects. Regular standing, walking, reaching, climbing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling is required.
