In This Role, You'll:

• Be a key player in our warehouse team, helping to move, manage, and deliver products efficiently and safely.
• Work in a fast-paced, multi-temperature environment, focused on accuracy, teamwork, and safety.
• Your efforts keep our supply chain flowing smoothly from receiving goods and staging inventory to shipping orders on time.

What You'll Bring:

• Must have warehouse experience
• Experience working in a freezer/cooler with temperatures below 0 degrees
• Strong attention to detail, teamwork skills, and commitment to safety
• Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot equipment issues
• Physically active role with repetitive lifting of up to 50 lbs. and standing/walking for extended periods
• Experience with warehouse management systems and handheld scanners preferred

Schedule & Setting:

• Full-time, on-site in a temperature-controlled warehouse (dry, cooler freezer: -5 F to 38 F)
• 4 days on 3 days off with a 6:30am start time
• Must be available to work weekends, and holidays as part of a 24/7 operation
• Must be able to work until all tasks are completed

Pay & Benefits:

• $23.23/hr, not including pay for performance (PFP)
• After your 90-day probation period, the pay will increase to $25.34/hr. Not including pay for performance (PFP)
• Weekly pay (every Friday)
• Health, dental, and vision coverage after 30 days. The company pays 60% of the premium.
