Warehouse Associate/ Lead
Automation Personnel Services is looking for a Warehouse Associate/Lead for a company based in Tampa, Fl. In this role, you will have the opportunity to take ownership of daily warehouse operations, contribute to a growing company, and develop your skills in shipping, receiving, and equipment operations.

Pay Rate
$18 to 20 per hour

Schedule and Hours
Flexible schedule:

Start time between 7:00–7:30 AM

End of shift typically 4:30–5:30 PM (depending on workload)

Overtime required as needed to meet production demands.

Must be available to work approximately two Saturdays per month.

• Perform shipping and receiving of goods within the warehouse.

• Prepare shipments using internal computer systems.

• Ensure accurate handling, labeling, and organization of incoming/outgoing materials.

• Maintain a clean and safe workspace.

• You must have prior warehouse experience and the ability to learn new systems quickly.

• 3+ years of Shipping and/or Receiving Clerk experience.

• Operation of powered equipment (sit-down forklift, high-lift equipment).

• Ability and comfort working at heights.

• Bilingual (Spanish/English) strongly preferred.
• Ability to understand and follow safety protocols and operating instructions to prevent accidents and injuries.
• Physical strength and stamina to lift and move heavy loads safely and efficiently.
• Attention to detail and good hand-eye coordination to maneuver equipment in tight spaces and navigate busy warehouse environments.
