+$1.00/hr. upon 520-hour completion

+$1,500.00 retention bonus available

Shifts Available : 1st Shift: Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM (1-hour lunch)

2nd Shift: Monday-Friday, 5:00 PM-2:30 AM

Job Description : Snelling is currently seeking reliable Inbound Warehouse Associates (Forklift, Reach Truck, and Cherry Picker) for a well-established distribution client in Louisville, KY. These positions are responsible for handling the front-end of the warehouse process, including receiving shipments, organizing inventory, and ensuring all materials are properly tracked.

Key Responsibilities : Unload inbound trucks using Forklift, Reach Truck, and Cherry Picker and verify shipments against packing slips Scan and label products accurately for inventory control Transport materials to designated storage locations (putaway) Assist in conducting cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency Requirements : Prior experience in receiving, inventory, or warehouse operations is preferred Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and operate pallet jacks Strong attention to detail and accuracy Punctual, team-oriented, and positive attitude Benefits : Weekly pay with electronic deposits Medical, Vision, and Dental coverage after 45 days 401K eligibility (matched after 1 year) Opportunity for permanent placement after 90 days based on performance How to Apply : Interested candidates should submit their resume for immediate consideration.
