Summary Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Supply Chain Analyst to support a surge of procurement and supplier engagement activities. This role involves constructing RFQ (Request for Quote) packages, managing supplier communications, and handling technical document workflows. It’s ideal for someone with strong analytical skills and buying experience, who enjoys digging into data and streamlining procurement processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Construct and organize comprehensive RFQ (Request for Quote) packages by pulling and analyzing scattered data sources.
• Distribute RFQs to multiple suppliers and serve as the primary point of contact for questions and clarifications.
• Analyze supplier responses, perform follow-up, and support decision-making based on data insights.
• Access, interpret, and manage technical drawings (PDF, Excel), and organize them into structured project folders.
• Train others on locating technical documents and using Microsoft Office applications effectively.
• Report to the project lead (Mark) while working closely with the broader buying and engineering teams.

Requirements

• Prior experience in buying, procurement, or supply chain roles (RFQ experience preferred).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail in data gathering and documentation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Outlook, Teams); experience with document control and file organization.
• Comfortable working across remote teams and managing communications across time zones.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and communicate clearly across stakeholders.
• Based in or able to commute to Chatsworth, CA (hybrid flexibility possible).
