RETURNS PROCESSOR: YOUR ROLE In this Returns Processor position, you'll step into the heart of our returns operation, where each day brings new challenges and opportunities to shine. You'll obtain credit for returned products from vendors, determine return statuses, update fulfillment systems, and maintain accurate daily records. As you move through your day, you'll identify potential issues on customer accounts, process returns through United and SP Richards WebScore terminals, collaborate with warehouse managers, manage cross‑dock accuracy, assist with receiving and same‑day orders, prepare UPS shipments, complete Damage Product forms, and support additional projects as needed. Your work ensures that every return is handled with precision - and that our customers continue to receive the exceptional service we're known for.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
* Ability to lift 50 pounds * High school diploma or equivalent * Ability to read invoices * Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills * Strong attention to detail * Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities * Valid driver's license in good standing * Ability to converse, read, and write in English * Outstanding verbal and written communication skills * Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office
Preferred qualifications include prior experience in warehouse operations, returns processing, or customer account review. We're looking for someone dependable, proactive, and eager to contribute to a team‑driven environment. MATERIAL HANDLING EQUIPMENT This role may involve the operation of certain pieces of Material Handling Equipment (MHE). The company supplies and mandates training and certification on each individual piece of equipment prior to permissible use. Use of any equipment by an employee on which they are not trained and certified may result in disciplinary action up to and including termination.
