Support all internal inspection processes using quality standards to perform quality functions./ppExperience:/pp- Minimum of two years experience in an aerospace or manufacturing/pp- Experience in Assembly, Sheet Metal, or CNC Machine process/ppRequirements:/pp- Proficient in the use of precision measurement tools/equipment including but not limited to caliper, micrometer, height gage, hardness and conductivity./pp- Familiar with surface finish, edge preparation and general appearance of machined parts./pp- Familiar with outside processing certifications/pp- Knowledgeable of Engineering drawings/models/pp- Computer literate/pp- Basic knowledge of CATIA/pp- Basic understanding of a CMM/pp- Basic understanding of CNC machining/pp- Familiar with AS9100/QMS/ppResponsibilities:/ppPerform first article inspections on machined parts using micrometers, calipers and other measurement devices while working in compliance with AS9100 standards./ppConduct inspection of finished machined parts, include in-process from first piece to final inspection./ppWorking knowledge of conventional inspections tools and gauges such as: Micrometers, Calipers, thread gauges/ppCommunicates with internal customers/ppFollow inspection (shop) procedures to accept or reject parts and assemblies, etc./ppAssembly Inspection/ppMiscellaneous tasks as assigned/p/div
