Order Picker

As an Order Picker, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our shipping process. Your main responsibility will be to take picked orders, thoroughly check for errors, and ensure everything is correct before the orders are sent out for shipping.

Responsibilities

• Lift 30-40lbs throughout the course of the day.
• Conduct quality inspections of products, checking for mistakes.
• Assist in order picking when necessary.
• Utilize RF Scanners and pick links to upload correct documentation.
• Verify all orders to ensure 100% accuracy.
• Break down bulk orders into smaller orders for various locations.
• Use work orders to verify product and amount needed.
• Count each pair of socks to ensure an accurate count.
• Enter data into computers and print out shipping labels.
• Verify product accuracy in type and quantity multiple times during the process.

Essential Skills

• Experience in order picking and packing.
• Proficiency with RF scanners and inventory management.
• Strong attention to detail and product verification skills.
• General labor experience in a warehouse setting.

Work Environment

This position involves working in an open warehouse environment where standing for the entire shift is required. The dress code is casual, consisting of jeans, a t-shirt, and tennis shoes.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Mankato, MN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
