At Allegiance Staffing, we're looking for reliable and detail-oriented Order Pickers/Packers to join our 1st Shift team. In this role, you'll be integral to picking and packaging products accurately to meet customer demands while contributing to an efficient and safe workplace.
Responsibilities:
- Use RF Scanners to pick items accurately by following pick tickets.
- Package products correctly based on order details.
- Collaborate with colleagues to streamline order fulfillment.
- Follow all company safety protocols and work procedures.
- Support department operations as needed.
Qualifications:
- At least 6 months in a related role.
- Proficiency with RF Scanners and understanding work orders.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attendance record and dependable work habits.
- Willing to work weekends and overtime as needed.
1st Shift - $17.00/hr
