We are seeking a reliable and hardworking bilingual individual (English and Spanish) to join our team at our Tampa branch as a Driver Class A and Warehouse Associate. This dual role includes driving responsibilities throughout the State of Florida, as well as warehouse duties to support efficient operations and timely deliveries.

Role Responsibilities:

Driving Duties:

• Safely operate company vehicles to deliver metal products to customers in a timely manner.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections
• Ensure timely delivery of products to customers and clients.
• Maintain accurate delivery logs and reports.
• Load and unload goods from the vehicle.
• Communicate effectively with customers, dispatchers, and other team members.
• Provide excellent customer service and handle any issues that arise during transport.
• Respond promptly to any emergencies, such as accidents or mechanical failures, and report them to the appropriate authorities.
• Follow all DOT regulations and company policies

Warehouse Duties:

• Assist in receiving, storing, and organizing company products.
• Prepare orders for shipment and ensure accuracy.
• Perform regular inventory checks and maintain warehouse cleanliness.
• Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
• Assist in maintaining a clean and organized warehouse environment.
• Monitor and report any damaged or defective products to management.

Physical and Safety Requirements:

• Must have physical strength and stamina to lift, carry, and move heavy materials (up to 50 lb.) and equipment safely and consistently throughout the shift.
• Capable of standing, walking, bending, stooping, and reaching for extended periods throughout the shift.
• Comfortable working in environments with varying temperatures, including hot, cold, and humid conditions.
• Ability to climb ladders or step stools and work at heights when necessary.
• Manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination for handling materials.
• Must be able to perform repetitive tasks with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Required to wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) such as work gloves, safety glasses, steel-toe boots, rain gear and hard hat.
• Must always follow all OSHA safety standards and company safety protocols.
• Ability to safely operate warehouse machinery.
• Must report any unsafe conditions or incidents immediately to supervisors.

Qualifications:

• Highschool diploma or equivalent.
• Must have a valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) Class A, with a clean driving record.
• Bilingual, fluent English and Spanish.
• Proven experience in a warehouse and driving role.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Commitment to safety and adherence to transportation laws and regulations.
