divh2Warehouse Receive Associate/h2pThe Warehouse Receive Associate is responsible for assisting in the daily flow and duties within the Inventory Management department./ppMon-Fri (8:00pm-5:00am)/ppSat - Mon (6:00am-6:30pm)/ph3Requirements/h3pstrongEssential Duties Job Functions:/strong/pulliEnsures proper receiving, replenishment, and put away/dock to stock policies./liliEnsures proper use and safety of forklift, reach truck, cherry picker, EPJ, and other equipment operations./liliUnload and receive/stage all incoming trucks./liliInspect pallets and products for defects and damages./liliReplenishment of product from storage locations to pick locations./liliPut away/Dock to Stock of product from inbound dock to storage and pick locations./liliOrganizes items of pallet./liliRe-packs and re-organizes product in storage and pick locations./liliOrganize stocks and maintain inventory./liliPerform machinery checks per company and safety guidelines./liliTransfer Inventory between Client or SKU as needed./liliContribute ideas on ways to improve or optimize warehousing procedures./li/ulpstrongJob Qualifications Mandatory:/strong/pulliStrong warehouse background./liliExperience operating a forklift, pallet jack, reach truck, cherry picker, and other warehouse equipment./liliAble to demonstrate a willingness to keep learning and improving./liliHigh level of energy and drive to work with the warehouse employees./liliExcellent people and communication skills to be able to work with differing personalities./liliMaintain neat, clean and orderly warehouse appearance./liliAbility to work extended hours/over-time as needed./liliAdhere to all company policies and safety procedures and guidelines./liliEnsure proper and full-time use of any Personal Protective Equipment./liliOperates any materials handling equipment safely and efficiently as required./liliEnsures that the work area is left clean and tidy at the end of each shift./liliAssists in maintaining the sanitation, security and safety of the warehouse./li/ulpstrongPreferred Qualifications:/strong/pulliHigh school diploma required; one year of related experience in shipping and receiving./liliOrganized thought process with high attention to detail with ability to produce accurate results, effective prioritization to meet scheduled deadlines, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills./liliStrong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills./liliProven time management skills with the ability to respond to time-critical issues and overtime as needed to meet deadlines./liliExcellent work ethic; ability to work self-directed and as a flexible team player./liliProfessional attitude and the ability to represent the company with integrity./liliAbility to adapt to change in a dynamic and fast paced environment./liliRequired to read and write English, follow verbal instructions and use simple math./liliComfortable using a PC with computer software packages, including Microsoft./li/ul/div
