Job Title: Material Handler / Order Builder

Pay: $14/hour

Schedule: Overtime Available

Job Overview: We are hiring Material Handlers / Order Builders to support warehouse operations by picking and placing products onto conveyors and preparing customer orders. This role requires working safely and efficiently in a fast-paced, automated warehouse environment while handling physical tasks throughout the shift.

Requirements Before Starting:

Ability to pass a drug screen

Clear 7-year background check

Prior warehouse experience preferred

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly

Job Responsibilities:

Pick and place products onto conveyors to fulfill customer orders accurately.

Assist with case picking and sorting within an automated warehouse using computers and warehouse systems.

Rotate between different work areas such as HQS, Semi-Automated Lanes, Pallet Pick, and Flow Rack as needed.

Maintain a clean and safe work environment by removing trash, cleaning spills, and following recycling protocols.

Monitor conveyor lane photo-eye alignments and report issues when needed.

Support inventory control and help maintain accurate warehouse stock levels.

Perform additional warehouse duties as assigned to support daily operations.

Physical Requirements:

This is a very physical role and requires:

Repeatedly lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling up to 50 lbs

Pushing or pulling pallet jacks or hand trucks with loads over 100 yards

Frequent bending, kneeling, squatting, and reaching

Standing for most of the shift

Walking at least 4 hours per shift

Working in a noisy, non-climate controlled warehouse, including hot and humid conditions

Work Environment:

Fast-paced warehouse setting

Automated equipment and conveyors

Indoor environment with high and low temperatures

Required:

Steel-toe boots or shoes

Hi-visibility shirt (neon orange)

Clear water bottle
