Job Title: Warehouse Worker Job Description We are seeking a dedicated 3rd Shift Warehouse Worker who is comfortable working in confined spaces and at heights. This role involves lifting 50 lbs bags, moving up to 20,000 bags daily, and palletizing them according to specific orders. You will also be required to bend, twist, and turn continuously, use a two-wheeler to allocate pallets, and apply basic math skills to ensure correct order quantities. Additionally, you will be cross-trained into bag filler and sealer roles and will operate a sit-down forklift once acclimated. Responsibilities Lift and move 50 lbs bags off the conveyor line, handling up to 20,000 bags daily. Palletize bags on 2x2 or 4x4 pallets according to specific order requirements. Perform continuous bending, twisting, and turning of the body. Use a two-wheeler to allocate pallets in the warehouse based on shipment order. Apply simple math skills such as addition, subtraction, and multiplication to ensure accurate order quantities. Cross-train into bag filler and sealer roles. Operate a sit-down forklift once acclimated to the position. Essential Skills Experience in heavy lifting, production, general labor, construction, or farm work. Comfortable working in confined spaces and at heights. Basic math skills for addition, subtraction, and multiplication. Additional Skills & Qualifications Self-motivation is a must. Minimum of 6 months of experience in manufacturing or farming. Former feed mill experience is a plus. Willingness to train on forklift if no prior experience. Why Work Here?
