This role requires attention to detail and the ability to consistently follow a standardized packing process. No warehouse system navigation or equipment operation is required. Key Responsibilities: Assemble product boxes by: Inserting the correct product items Adding required coolant/ice packs Sealing and taping boxes for shipment Work at a fixed station throughout the shift—no movement across warehouse zones Follow all standard operating procedures (SOPs) for packing and safety Maintain a clean and organized workstation Meet daily productivity and quality targets Collaborate with leads and supervisors to resolve any packing issues “ It is unlawful in Massachusetts to require or administer a lie detector test as a condition of employment or continued employment. Required Qualifications: High School Diploma/GED or Equivalent 6+ months of warehouse and/or distribution work experience Must be able to work the scheduled / assigned times and required overtime for the position Ability to see, speak, hear, write, and understand the English language.
