Associates will work in teams under the direction of a team leader, repackaging snack items from bulk into individual snack boxes. This is a hands-on role in a warehouse environment that requires accuracy, teamwork, and adherence to food safety standards. Key Responsibilities: Snack Box Assembly: Follow visual guides to pack snack boxes accurately. Open bulk packaging and organize items into bins. Work along the packing line to insert snacks into boxes as instructed. Weighing and Portioning: Use digital scales to weigh candy/snack portions. Ensure all items meet portion and packaging requirements. Sealing and Labeling: Seal snack bags using appropriate equipment (e.g., heat sealers). Apply correct labels to bags or boxes per instructions. General Duties: Maintain cleanliness and organization of work area. Follow all food safety and hygiene protocols.
