Job Description: The Warehouse Rental Lead is responsible for supporting the Rental Coordinator with all stock rental operations within their warehouse. This includes verifying a high level of inventory accuracy and integrity within the facility by utilizing Czarnowski COMS Inventory system, ensuring proper reservation and pulling for all rental properties requested on assigned projects, and execution of all rental COMS orders for their facility. This position requires an individual to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work both independently and with multiple team members of various backgrounds and experience. Responsibilities include: Receive, execute, and respond to assigned COMS Project Rental notes for local facility Provide information to Rental Manager to assist with billing, verifying counts and quality of those items requested on projects. Pull, ship, and inspect all rental inventory as it enters and leaves facility Document and report on all damages to rental properties and coordinate repairs with Rental Services and RFS process Complete RFS (Return from Show) reports on all rental items in a timely manor Monitor and note inventory integrity with COMS Inventory Maintain asset identification (barcode, content sheet, Czarnowski branding, etc.) Organize and maintain all inventory and workspace in the Rental warehouse lot. Strong written and verbal communication skills are a prerequisite along with appropriate computer skills. College degrees are not required. Preferred Programs, XL, Smartsheet, Outlook. Job Requirements Self-directed, with the ability to communicate issues, make recommendations and solve problems Highly organized with excellent follow-through and pro-active tracking of transactions Able to manage and prioritize many details with a high level of accuracy Excellent written and verbal communication Working knowledge of supply chain and inventory management processes Miscellaneous Maintain a professional manner in appearance and communications at all times Participate in staff and / or customer meetings if required Develop PC & tablet skills to perform necessary work This position is eligible for health care benefits, life insurance, time off benefits and participation in the Company's 401(k) plan.
