Warehouse Packer

Position Summary The Warehouse Associate is primarily responsible for receiving, put-away, and shipping of inventory. This role ensures accurate inventory management within both the physical warehouse and inventory systems. Key Responsibilities Receive inbound inventory and document any damages upon receipt. Efficiently put away inventory in designated warehouse locations in an organized and timely manner. Fulfill outbound inventory shipments based on transfer requests to branches or service technicians. Conduct cycle counts as required to maintain inventory accuracy. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment. Assist with inventory-related inquiries and investigations. Identify and resolve open purchase orders and transfer discrepancies. Follow all safety regulations and company policies while performing duties. Perform other duties as assigned. Education & Experience Requirements High school diploma or GED equivalent. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Strong attention to detail. Ability to prioritize tasks in a dynamic warehouse environment. Team player with a focus on continuous improvement and flexibility. Effective verbal and written communication skills. Ability to read and interpret safety guidelines, operating instructions, and procedural documents. Basic proficiency with computers, smartphones, and tablets. Willingness to work flexible hours as needed. Certifications & Additional Requirements PIT (Powered Industrial Truck) certification is a plus. Basic math skills required.
