Title: Warehouse Associates Pay: $16-$17/hr Schedule: Monday - Thursday (7 AM - 5 PM) 4 ten Hour Shifts Location: Durham, NC Duties & Responsibilities: Support all shipping, receiving, and inventory tasks with precision and efficiency. Collaborate with the warehouse manager to streamline product loading and unloading processes. Accurately scan and track orders to ensure smooth operations. Inspect new inventory against manifest documents, checking for defects, damages, or missing items. Manage incoming goods, label stock for easy retrieval, and maintain organized storage. Perform manual inventory counts, label items clearly, and prepare goods for shipment. Fulfill and verify outgoing orders to ensure accuracy. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, reporting any equipment issues as needed. Adhere to warehouse policies, safety regulations, and standard operating procedures. Job Requirements: High school diploma or GED equivalent. Previous warehouse experience is a plus. Ability to stand for 8 hours, and lift up to 50 lbs. Strong verbal communication skills. Familiarity with warehouse tools and equipment. Detail-oriented with a dependable work ethic. Ability to work independently and prioritize safety. Must pass a drug screen and be eligible to work in the United States.
