Your responsibilities will include: Operating machinery and assembling lightning protection components Tracking inventory and managing raw materials Keeping production clean, efficient, and organized (lean/5S environment) Driving to pick up and deliver materials Recording production data and minimizing waste Performing basic maintenance and cleaning on equipment Packing, shipping, and receiving goods This is your chance to build a career with a company that values craftsmanship, commitment, and continuous improvement.
