What You'll Own Run RFPs for swag and laptop vendors Rebuild unstructured swag operations Manage swag procurement, shipping, and vendor relationships Overhaul laptop ordering process; strategy, vendor selection Maintain global inventory (swag and laptops) Coordinate onboarding and offboarding logistics Collaborate with IT, HR, Marketing, and Finance Support demanding internal stakeholders Improve processes into structured workflows What You Bring Minimum 5 years in supply chain, procurement, logistics, or IT asset management, with RFP experience Proficiency in Excel (must-have) Experience in tech, SaaS, logistics, or hardware procurement preferred Remote-first experience highly valuable Experience running RFPs, restructuring messy processes, and managing laptop/swag logistics Vendor negotiation skills Highly desired: 3PL, distributed fulfillment, swag programs, automation tools, supply chain optimization Knowledge of Google Suite, Excel/Spreadsheets, Zip, and Outlook Position Highlights
