Position Summary We are looking for a detail-oriented Supply Chain Specialist who will oversee procurement, logistics, and vendor relations to support our engineering and manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will commit to timely delivery of materials and resources, while ensuring compliance with all company and regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities Procurement & Vendor Management Coordinate purchasing of materials, products, and services. Maintain and enhance vendor relationships, monitoring supplier performance. Negotiate pricing and terms with suppliers as necessary. Inventory & Logistics Coordination Monitor and manage inventory levels and reorder points. Track shipments, deliveries, and product availability to ensure readiness. Maintain accurate records for materials, orders, and inventory. Compliance & Documentation Keep meticulous procurement records and supporting documentation. Ensure adherence to company policies and federal regulations. Facilitate internal and external audits as needed. Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with operations, engineering, and finance teams to meet project needs. Assist in supply chain process improvements and efficiency initiatives. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field. 3-5 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or operations coordination. Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and inventory management systems. Preferred Qualifications Experience in manufacturing, engineering, or defense contracting environments. Familiarity with procurement regulations and compliance requirements.
