Provisioner/ Supply Chain Coordinator (HYBRID-APG)

Provisioner/Supply Chain Coordinator Fairwinds is looking for a dynamic and experienced Provisioner/Supply Chain Coordinator to support our Army Program of Record contract. This position is Hybrid, local to our Aberdeen Proving Ground Office, 3 days weekly, in the office . Full-time onsite attendance is needed during peak contractual upticks or as business need arises. Support Given: Serves as Contractor Provisioner with responsibility for ensuring quality and accuracy of provisioning documentation requirements, to include Provisioning Parts List (PPL), Engineering Data for Provisioning (EDFP), Design Change Notices (DCN) and Repair Parts and Special Tools List (RPSTL). Supports scheduled provisioning In-Process Reviews (IPRs) and ad-hoc provisioning meetings to ensure proper documentation of weapon system sustainment. Collaborate cross-functionally with internally and externally engineering and government teams to develop and manage provisioning data, ensure compliance with military logistics standards, and contribute to lifecycle sustainment strategies. Job Responsibilities: Develop source data for Provisioning Parts Lists (PPLs), Engineering Data for Provisioning (EDFP), and Packaging Data, ensuring compliance with government formatting and submission standards. Identify and document sparing requirements of weapon systems supported for lifecycle product support and sustainment. Perform data sanitizing processes and update logistics product data within contractual provisioning documentation. Work cross-functionally to define and validate provisioning requirements for program deliverables across all phases of the system lifecycle. Maintain accurate, current provisioning and supply chain reporting, ensuring configuration control for all provisioning related changes. Provide provisioning direction and guidance concerning the logistic support analysis of assigned weapon system, coordinating appropriately with the first line supervisor, internal and external logistics teams, and government customer. Perform Logistics Support Analysis (LSA) process which produces detailed data sets for the consolidation of logistics support and engineering data used for the identification of system support requirements. Job Requirements: Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, or related field, is preferred. 5+ years' experience in Integrated Logistics Provisioning experience is required. Prior engineering and/or government provisioning and supply chain roles are a plus. Active Secret or higher DoD Security Clearance, prior to hire. Strong background in Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) and supply chain management. Fluent, hands-on, experience with provisioning tools such as COMPASS, WebFLIS, and PowerLogJ2. Thorough understanding of AR 700-18, various military logistics procedures, government provisioning and supportability standards including: MIL-STD-129, MIL-STD-2073-1, DA PAM 700-32, GEIA-HB-0007, GEIA-STD-0007, TA-HB-0007 and related Data Item Description (DID) guidance requirements. In-depth understanding of National Stock Number (NSN) request process for new items of supply and Source, Maintenance, and Recoverability (SMR) code maintenance and supply instructions/strategies found in various technical publications. Ability to interpret Software/Hardware Lists (SHLs) and engineering drawings to evaluate part interrelationships. Strong communication and collaboration skills, with a proven ability to work with both government and contractor teams. Understanding of DPAS rating protocols, prioritization, and requirements as it relates to defense programs. Base pay may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, location, and experience. Position Type/Expected Hours of Work This is a full time, exempt position. 40-hour work week.
