Production Order Picker/Packer

Job Responsibilities:
  • Pick and pack orders accurately according to customer specifications.
  • Label, sort, and organize products for shipment.
  • Inspect products for quality before packaging.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Assist with inventory control, stock replenishment, and cycle counting.
  • Follow all company policies, safety guidelines, and quality standards.
  • Perform other warehouse-related tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • Previous experience in order picking, packing, or warehouse work is a plus.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
  • Willingness to work overtime and weekends as needed.
  • Basic math and organizational skills.




Forklift Operator
*will need resume showing relative work experience
Job Responsibilities:
  • Operate forklifts safely and efficiently to transport materials.
  • Load and unload trucks, ensuring accuracy and safety.
  • Move, stack, and organize inventory within the facility.
  • Perform routine forklift inspections and report maintenance needs.
  • Adhere to all workplace safety guidelines and procedures.
  • Assist with warehouse duties, including stock replenishment and order fulfillment.
Types of Forklifts Used:
Counterbalance Forklift – Used for lifting and transporting heavy loads on flat surfaces, featuring a weighted back for balance.
Reach Truck – Ideal for navigating narrow aisles and accessing high shelves.
Order Picker Forklift – Designed for selecting items from high storage racks with an elevated operator platform.
Pallet Jack (Manual & Electric) – Used for moving pallets over short distances; electric versions provide powered lifting.
Stand-Up Forklift – A compact forklift for use in tight warehouse spaces.
Sit-Down Forklift – A traditional forklift where the operator remains seated while lifting and transporting loads.
Turret Truck (VNA – Very Narrow Aisle Forklift) – Designed for high-density storage with rotating forks for precise product placement.
Walkie Stacker – A pedestrian-controlled forklift used for stacking pallets in confined areas.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • Valid forklift certification or prior forklift experience of 1 year or more required.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong hand-eye coordination and attention to safety.
  • Willingness to work overtime and weekends if needed.
