Operate the dispatch center providing critical information regarding aircraft equipment changes, shortages, substitutions, etc. Pull OT zeros, PW and RGS for AA. Must monitor all equipment changes, late flights, gate changes, etc. Track and document all flights and aircraft nose numbers. Responsible for efficient and accurate reporting of data communicated. Monitor flight changes to adjust delivery schedules interpret Flight Specifications comprehend Menu and Flight Galley specifications. Ability to effectively communicate with customer both internal and external. Receive calls from Zoners, Flight Attendants and Pilots regarding the status of the galley's Report arrival, departure and gate information Ensure proper seal checking procedures Report all cancellations Detail oriented The Ideal candidate must be able to:Work assigned schedule which may include nights, weekends and holidays. Excellent communication skills both oral and written Must maintain a professional appearance at all times . Must have flexibility in scheduling Must have proficient computer literacy.
