Our client is looking to fill the role of Pharmaceutical Logistics Coordinator. This position will be hybrid and based out of the Princeton, NJ office. Responsibilities: Coordinate and manage inbound and outbound shipments in collaboration with freight forwarders and 3PL warehouses Monitor, track, and analyze logistics costs to support budget management Prepare and maintain Key Performance Indicator (KPI) reports to assess logistics efficiency Manage freight and warehouse exceptions, including conducting investigations and compiling quality reports Support month-end inventory reconciliation and assist Supply Chain Management (SCM) planners as needed Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree, preferably in Supply Chain Management or a related field At least 2 years of logistics experience within a GxP-compliant, highly regulated industry (pharmaceutical and cold chain experience preferred) Strong understanding of import/export regulations Experience interfacing with ERP and electronic Quality Management Systems (e.g., Microsoft D365 and Veeva preferred) Proactive, self-motivated individual with strong problem-solving skills If you meet the required qualifications and are interested in this role, please apply today.
