About the Role:
Join Trenton Processing as an Order Picker/Meat Packer, where you will play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive high-quality products. Be part of a dedicated team that values efficiency and precision in every order. Monday- Friday

Responsibilities:

• Accurately fill and pack meat products according to customer orders.
• Ensure proper labeling and packaging to maintain product quality.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the packing area.
• Operate equipment such as pallet jacks and scales safely.
• Perform quality checks on products to ensure compliance with standards.
• Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies.
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals.
• Adhere to safety protocols and company policies at all times.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience in a warehouse or food processing environment is a plus.
• Ability to lift heavy items and stand for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude is a must.
• Basic math skills for inventory and order accuracy.
• Must be able to follow safety and hygiene regulations strictly.
