Material Handler | Holland, MI Job Description Join our team as a Material Handler, where you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse and manufacturing lines. Responsibilities Pick and put away parts in the warehouse and line locations. Confirm finished goods and deliver them to the dock. Perform physical inventory counts. Report and transfer manufacturing scrap. Restock hardware to assembly lines. Respond to requests from manufacturing lines and deliver material. Assist in the receiving area with loading and unloading trucks when needed. Follow proper industrial equipment guidelines. Essential Skills Prior experience with hi-lo and forklift operations. Valid and clear driver's license without restrictions. Material handling experience of 6 months or more. Why Work Here? Work Environment The work environment involves designing and building cleaning equipment for industrial and commercial markets, such as scrubbers. The shipping department is fairly clean and organized, operating under a 5S system. However, it can get hot during the summer and requires a lot of manual labor, including bending, twisting, and standing all day. The hours for the 1st shift are from 5 am to 3 pm. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Holland, Michigan. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
