Job Title: Material Handler Job Description As a Material Handler, you will be responsible for filling totes for the warehouse team and operating a scrubber machine to maintain a clean and safe warehouse environment. You will need to work independently and operate a forklift when necessary. Responsibilities Fill totes for the warehouse team. Operate a scrubber machine to clean the warehouse. Maintain a safe warehouse environment. Operate a forklift as needed. Assist in picking orders and loading/unloading trucks. Essential Skills Minimum 6 months of forklift experience (sit-down preferred). At least 1 year of experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment. 1+ year of experience using RF scanners. Basic computer literacy. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience with material handling and using RF scanners. Be prepared for exposure to cold temperatures during winter months due to open dock doors. The role involves fast-paced, physically intensive work with frequent lifting, bending, and standing. Expect approximately 5 hours of overtime per week. Work hours are Monday to Friday, 7 AM to 3:30 PM. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Roseville, Minnesota. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
