WHAT YOU’LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR IN THIS ROLE JOB DESCRIPTION: This job contributes to Evolution Fresh success by performing critical MRO inventory control functions that support the maintenance and operations team. Models and acts in accordance with Evolution Fresh guiding principles. JOB DUTIES: Maintains regular and consistent attendance and punctuality. Responsible for efficient and accurate physical MRO inventory transactions, including but not limited to stocking items received, parts disbursement, returns, inventory audits and adjustments. Ensures data entry of maintenance documentation and administrative processes into the appropriate maintenance systems, including but not limited to: Purchase orders, work orders, order points/maximums, invoice verification Follows approved guidelines and processes for cycle count completion Investigates and corrects discrepancies within MRO Inventory system; track errors, identifies discrepancies, and performs root cause analysis for continual improvement initiatives Perform various general labor duties such as, building kits for Fresh Maintenance, moving mechanical parts to proper location and unloading trucks for maintenance. Generates daily, weekly, monthly and other ad-hoc reports. Provides offshift support to locate parts and materials. Creates requisitions to have parts and materials ordered for stock Responsible for communicating with the supervisors on all daily activities Serve as a liaison between various departments to maximize efficiency, and expedite process flow Temporarily backfills for maintenance procurement when needed. Maintain safe and clean work area WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR Minimum Qualifications: Minimum High School Diploma or GED 2-year experience in maintenance inventory control, parts management, accounting, or closely related field Must possess a Valid California Driver License and Clean Driving Record Additional Required Qualifications: Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing Attention to detail Ability to understand written and verbal policies and guidelines, specifications, and safety standards Basic math skills Basic computer and Microsoft Office proficiency Problem solving skills and a proactive approach Ability to follow verbal direction Familiarity with computerized inventory and order selection systems Flexibility to work overtime as required, even on short notice Ability to operate required material handling equipment Ability to balance multiple priorities and meet deadlines Must be willing to work with minimal supervision.
