Stand-Up Forklift Operator

We are seeking a skilled Stand-Up Forklift Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating a sit-down forklift to move, locate, and relocate products within our warehouse or manufacturing facility. The operator will ensure the safe and efficient handling of materials while maintaining a clean and organized work area.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate stand-up forklifts to transport materials and products within the facility.

Load and unload trucks and containers.

Pick and stage orders for shipment.

Ensure proper stacking and storage of products.

Conduct daily inspections of forklifts and report any maintenance issues.

Adhere to safety protocols and procedures at all times.

Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Assist with inventory control and stock management as needed.

Collaborate with team members to achieve operational goals.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Valid forklift operator certification.

Proven experience operating sit-down forklifts in a warehouse or industrial setting.

Strong understanding of safety regulations and procedures.

Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks.

Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.

Basic math skills for inventory management.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to stand, sit, bend, and lift for extended periods.

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

Manual dexterity to operate forklifts and other equipment.

Shift: Monday - Friday 8am-5pm

Pay: $18
