Job Summary: We are seeking a reliable and motivated Entry-Level Warehouse Technician to join our production team. This role involves hands-on work preparing metal plates, tracking inventory, and supporting the coating process to meet customer and shipping deadlines. No previous experience or education is required-just a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn. Key Responsibilities: Sand, wash, and coat metal plates for internal and external orders Maintain accurate inventory of metal materials Track production workflow and maintain filing systems securely Communicate effectively with managers and team members about delays, issues, and special instructions Monitor and assist with all processes in the coating department Ensure timely completion of tasks to meet shipping schedules Support fellow team members and fill in during absences Maintain a clean, organized workspace and follow safety protocols Receive feedback constructively and apply process improvements Occasionally work overtime to meet production needs Requirements Requirements: No minimum education or experience required Must be able to lift 50 pounds (with or without assistance) Able to stand for extended periods Strong communication, reasoning, and problem-solving skills Able to work under pressure and manage time independently A positive attitude and willingness to learn new tasks Preferred (Not Required): Experience in embossing, relief sculpture, or similar industries Familiarity with Syspro or similar inventory systems Salary Description $18 per hour
