Customer Returns Processor

Halco Lighting Technologies, one of the fastest growing lighting products supplier, is seeking a Customer returns processor who will be responsible for completing all returns that need to be processed in the ERP system, data logged and determine inventory disposition of customer returned goods.

Position responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Processing product returns and credits to the applicable customer.
  • Reviewing incoming return requests, responding to requestors, indicating whether request has been approved or denied, or if further information is required.
  • Evaluating returns, determining if the correct process was followed while adhering to company policies.
  • Ensuring all credits are processed and completed in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Ability to analyze defective return data and make sound decisions based on findings.
  • Work cross-functionally with other departments to properly fulfill return requests.
  • Communicate updates to all internal and external stakeholders.
  • Partnering with large retail customers to research and resolve invoice disputes, validate deductions, and process daily claims accurately and on time as our retail customer base expands.

Position requirements:

  • Must have at minimum three years working as a return goods or credit administrator in a distribution or manufacturing company.
  • Experience in process improvement with measurable results.
  • Advanced computer skills a must.
  • ERP experience a must Advanced Microsoft Excel skills a plus.
  • Position will be based in Norcross office.
