What You'll Need to Succeed We're looking for reliable, hands-on team players who are ready to grow with us. To thrive in this role, you should have: At least 1 year of experience in a manufacturing or warehouse distribution environment The ability to work in all weather conditions (heat, cold, humidity) Basic math skills and attention to detail Comfort using hand tools like wrenches, screwdrivers, and drills The ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work safely with non-motorized hand trucks Willingness to work above floor/ground level when needed What You'll Be Doing As a Warehouse Associate, you'll play a key role in keeping our operations running smoothly and efficiently.
